These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CleanDrive, a software platform operated by Continuous Global, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
By accessing or using CleanDrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Service
CleanDrive is a web-based software platform provided on a subscription basis to assist car wash and vehicle service businesses with operational management, customer updates, and billing workflows.
2. Eligibility
You must be a legally registered business or an authorised representative of a business to use the service.
3. Free Trial
New customers are offered a 30-day free trial at no cost.
No payment information is required during the trial period.
Access during the trial includes standard platform features.
4. Subscription & Billing
CleanDrive operates on a daily subscription pricing model, charged per branch.
Billing begins after the free trial period ends.
Invoices are generated based on daily usage.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
5. Grace Period for Payments
Customers are provided a 30-day grace period from the invoice date to complete payment.
During the grace period, service access remains active.
If payment is not received after the grace period, access may be temporarily suspended until payment is made.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if payments remain outstanding beyond the grace period.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of CleanDrive indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
