Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time during the 30-day free trial without charge.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No further daily charges will apply after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
Subscription fees charged on a daily basis are non-refundable once incurred.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of billing errors or verified service issues.
4. Non-Payment & Suspension
If payment is not received within the 30-day grace period, service access may be temporarily suspended.
Access will be restored once outstanding invoices are settled.
5. SMS Usage
SMS notifications included in your plan are allocated monthly.
Unused SMS credits do not carry forward to the next month.
Service Suspension & Account Termination Policy
1. Suspension Due to Non-Payment
Accounts with outstanding invoices beyond the grace period may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
2. Voluntary Account Termination
Customers may request account termination at any time by contacting support or using available account settings.
3. Data Access After Termination
Access to the platform will end after termination.
Data export requests may be accommodated for a limited time after termination, subject to availability.
4. Abuse or Misuse
Accounts found to be misusing the platform or violating Terms of Service may be suspended or terminated.
